"Visited during the T Swift concert, but we weren't there for that. Even though it was a super busy weekend, the staff handled it amazingly well! Got an upgrade at check in, without even having to ask. Great service in the restaurants. Will return 10/10"

"Our stay was okay but lacked some basics that were a little frustrating. For example, we are a family of four but we had two towels in the room. We asked for two more towels, which they brought the next morning after we asked, but then housekeeping replaced them all with two towels that day, so we had to call for two more again the next day (not to mention the originals weren’t dirty). We called for the towels when we arrived at 9pm but there was no answer at the front desk, housekeeping or any...
