Staff at this property is phenomenal! They allowed me to check out later than the normal late check-out window because I had an evening flight. Michelle at the front desk went above and beyond with helping me find a good nail salon and even called them to let them know I was coming. Will absolutely stay here again when I return to Toronto.

We were not able to sleep due to the repetitive emergency alarms screaming in the rooms all during the night. And to make matters even worse, as we were checking out (and leaving), 2 police cruisers raced past us as we were driving away. The last thing that we saw were the police rushing into the hotel main entrance. This hotel has many problems, which are all serious. We are so very glad that your wonderful Expedia staff were able to comprehend the severity of our situation and to get us out of there and into the Novotel in Vaughan, Ontario, so that we may finish our vacation in peace and safety. PS: We will never again stay at Avid
