Room was really cold and thermostat either didn’t work or heating was insufficient. Covers on bed did keep me warm enough to sleep but was still cold. I will still return regardless just wanted to express my concern."

"A lovely hotel in an excellent location. There is ample parking at the hotel and is about a mile walk into town. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel which was very useful. Our room, 52, was comfortable and nice and warm. Particularly important as the temperatures dropped quite dramatically overnight. All the staff that we came across were very pleasant and accommodating."
