"Great stay spoilt by one other ladie staying at the hotel, on 3 occasions on leaving and entering the hotel the lady would shout abusive comments and strange noises at us, it was reported to staff but when returning later on she done it again white smoking at the main entrance,not sure if drunk or drugs very off putting when you work hard to pays and treat yourself and someone has to spoil it and cause your anxiety to spark as she was constantly around the exi/entrance, ,such a shame as no...

"We have just enjoyed a wonderful stay at the the Copthorne hotel for my birthday. When we checked in i was over the moon to hear that we had been upgraded to a suite.It was beautiful, wonderful view from our window. Breakfast was lovely. Staff so friendly. I enjoyed this all so much .A big thank you. "
