"Stayed overnight prior to flight the next morning. Check-in was very quick as I had pre-booked. I was on the second floor, however the lift was broken, so I had to lag my bags up 2 flights of stairs. Help was available if required though. The room was clean and the bed comfy (which is the main thing), although I found the towels to be a bit hard/abrasive. Even though it is right next to the runway and a main road (Bath Road), the hotel itself was not too noisy. Also helped that there is a bus...

We had the best view in London (The Tower of London) the most comfortable bed, the hotel is right next to the tube but what really makes it worth while is the staff.
