"Es mi segunda visita a Florencia y decidi volver al mismo hotel por su excelente ubicacion, a pocas cuadras de la estacion de trenes, la brillante atencion por parte del personal del hotel. Es muy comodo, calido, limpio, excelente desayuno. La unica critica es el pesimo servicio de internet que tiene. Si bien son cosas que pueden fallar de manera temporal, en mis 2 visitas sucedio lo mismo."

Perfect location making it easy for us to walk around the city with everything being at most a 15 minute walk. When we checked out the staff offered us to order us a taxi or keep our bags for as long as we needed. VERY friendly. If I come back to Florence I will definitely be staying here. "

"The staff were absolutely wonderful! The bathroom was not nice at all... dirty and in a state of disrepair (towel rack in tub/shower area is hanging out of the wall). The location is in an industrial area so there is little around but it is easy to get around from there by car or train"
