"Good location opposite the beach. Room was soundproof from traffic. Room had fridge and Samsung TV to stream from your tablet Powerful shower. Staff friendly and helpful. No toilet brush and drying mat from shower though. Supplied coffee wasn't the best"

"Business trip, good comfortable hotel with a great location just next to the beach. I didn't have any view from my room as the small window was point towards other parts of the hotel but as it was business I was too busy to look at a view anyway. There was a rooftop bar which I was also too busy to get to"

"Lovely views from everywhere. Attractive and clean environment .Good beach and sea bathing - all strikingly clean. A wealth of bars and restaurants behind beach, with some decent shops too. Excellent hotel for couples with/without young children.A bit limited for older offspring.Some traffic noise from vehicles going to and from Puerto Mogan, but these are out of sight."

"Nice hotel and very clean modern rooms. Nice to have a choice of pools. The staff were extremely friendly from check in to check out. 2 big let downs: The inside bar ( if you can call it that) as it was literally chairs lined up in a corridor. I can see this being an issue in summer months as I can image most entertainment will be held on the stage at the middle level pool. Another let down was the food. Whilst there was a good choice of salad items and the snack bar in the day was well...

"We stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. Kids were enjoying the swimming pool. The room was clean and big enough for 4 of us. The food was good. Everyday something new and different. We did enjoy our holiday 😊"

"NH Hotels are usually very friendly and practical. I will be back to Imperial. Thank you to the staff. But at the breakfast, the staff is very noisy. They clean and take things very loudly. When the pile the plates and glasses and they talk loudly. But overall I enjoyed my stay. "

"We had a nice stay here 21/03 - 24/03/2025 it’s a solid 7/8 out of 10. We paid a very reasonable price, all the staff were really nice, beds were comfy and clean, pool restaurant/bar was great and it’s a short walk to a beach, restaurants and shops. The view from the rooms is also great, particularly levels 2-6, rooms 16-20 on each level. Things that let it down were: 1. Pool is a big with plenty of sun loungers, but it’s a bit rough a round the edges. Missing and faded tiles, black grout etc....
