"Great view, modern and spacious room and great pool area. Hotel overall was really nice and close to the beach and supermarket. You can easily walk along the beach promenade to Maspalomas. We traveled with our baby and the hotel is super family friendly as well. Would Come here again :) "

"After reading the negative reviews I became really anxious about my family holiday, to the point where I almost cancelled! I’m so pleased I didn’t because we had the most amazing time! The staff were incredible and views were spectacular. Rubbish, they might have had a norovirus bug in the hotel but staff made every effort with sanitisers at meal times to eliminate this, although we never spoke to anyone who was affected. "This was our seventh visit to this hotel and always feels like coming home. A relaxed holiday in wonderful surroundings. I had emailed requesting a certain room, which we had, so that was very much appreciated. Our room was cleaned daily to a high standard. "Great location and views. Great pools and activities for the kids. Rooms were nicely renovated and well equipped. Good to have so many drinks stations around the pool. "Cannot fault this hotel and its facilities. Staff were polite, professional and very helpful. House-keeping is excellent. All the rooms have sea view. We were upgraded from premium room to a massive suite. Balcony was superb with sofa and jacuzzi. Breakfast was standard. Dinner in the buffet restaurant was average. "Love this hotel, have stayed here a few times. The location and views cannot be beaten. The complementary drink in exchange for not using housekeeping is a great ‘green’ initiative, and greatly appreciated. Delicious breakfast buffet. "

"Fantastic hotel and great location. Only downfall was they don’t refill the coffee and sugar despite seeing that we are using it daily, also we were self catering with zero cooking appliances or tools, we had to ask for plates and cutlery and they cleaner then took them away and didn’t replace them. Also staff can be a little moody but the hotel itself is really lovely. We had room 1905 which was amazing with own terrace and two steps to the pool, it was like a swim up room, really lovely! "

Our holiday

"Lovely hotel,staff were brilliant,the lady who cleaned our rooms was the happiest person always with a smile on her face and left the room spotless. The entertainment was good and there was something on all day if you wanted Food was nice,pool was great abd the grounds are lovely. It was my partners birthday and the even left a card and a small box of chocolates in our room on the day."
