"A lovely hotel in an excellent location. There is ample parking at the hotel and is about a mile walk into town. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel which was very useful. Our room, 52, was comfortable and nice and warm. Particularly important as the temperatures dropped quite dramatically overnight. All the staff that we came across were very pleasant and accommodating."

"Lovely family room with great shower. The bed was very big but a little too firm for me and my partner. We relaxed in the Coppa club and found it to be very relaxing and the staff were attentive and friendly. The food was tasty at both dinner and breakfast. "

"It is such a lovely hotel. It smells just drvine and this was my third stay. The 2nd time in this room actually. Sadly the bathroom floor did have some small flecks of dirt, the bath had rust on and we were unable to get the plug out of the bath. These are such small minor things but are worthy of note. The staff were fabulous as usual. The communal eareas were beautifully decorated for Christmas. And whilst ive already said it it is worthy if a second mention. The hotel smells amazing! "
