"Excellent location downtown . Close to BC place and Rogers Arena. Our room was well set out as expected. Downside: king bed mattress creaked and had left side failure. Large stand up shower was nice but water escaped leaking on ceramic floor making it slippery. Desk staff on check out was snobby. Might give this place a 2nd chance at a later date"

I had my 9 year old daughter with me and the front desk staff was so friendly she would run over to chat with them every time we returned from an adventure.
