The house itself was small but well-appointed for visitors. When a storm came through, Marilyse checked on us and our comfort level. The gentle rocking and rolling were conducive to great sleep, but be aware it's similar to a houseboat with additional squeaking and sounds from the mooring. "Staying on a house boat with the mountains in view wnd the ocean air was such an adventure for this Prairie girl. The kitchen was a good size and having laundry was a huge bonus. The host was super easy to contact and helpful! There is is next door assistance for anything that may come up. "
