"Good hotel but unfortunately there is a lot of work being do it, the staff are very friendly and hard working the let down is the pool is not in use as they are working on it, not the hotels fault but Hotels.com could have been more informative it was only when I read a review about the pool then went back their website there is a line through pool but it is very faint apart that the food was good and will back when the work is done."

"The stay was booked as a 40th birthday present. From pre arrival to departure we felt very welcomed. The pre arrival information was vary useful. As this was for a birthday break there is an optional extra to have the room decorated and a cake supplied. A very nice surprise for any unsuspecting guest. The owners and staff are very friendly. I have to mention the decor, it's amazingly quirky and very well done, no matter which room you're in you're eye gets drawn to something interesting....

"The hotel is very friendly staff couldnt do enough for you . The food was 5 star on all meals and we could also pay extra to have breakfast in bed . (Real treat ) We had a four poster room which was lovely and a good size but a little noisey from the road .The beds and pillows were to hard for us but this is our preference so might suit a lot of people. All in all a wonderful stay and enjoyed the pool and sauna ,jacuzzi also We will ba back "
