"Overnight stay before long haul flight. Restaurant a bit limited. Arrived late and wanted a snack but only full meals available. Breakfast very expensive. Didn't seem very organised. Fruit juice had run out, no bowls etc. Lots of steps to get to ground floor accommodation - extremely difficult to maneuver with suitcases. However, receptionist was very helpful, booking a taxi and looking after luggage after check out"

"Had an awesome weekend at the hotel. Had a king room it was very clean and well maintained. All staff were very welcoming with a smile on their faces to check you in. Check in was very easy and the valet parking available. Highly recommend this place and the one staff member who needs to be recognised for a wonderful check in and check out is Lucian Tiliai made everything so easy and if had any questions he was very happy to answer all the questions I had.
