"An average experience. No free room upgrade provided. Staff forgot to provide vip perks until the next day. Was asked to pay for a dinner fee when I did not opt for any dinners. It was probably recorded incorrectly to my room number. Not very elder friendly as well as there’s quite a distance from the mall to the hotel. And you got to change to different lifts in order to access to the lobby. "

We were pleasantly surprised that friendliness and professionalism of the staff, convenience to the restaurants and stores for shopping, and room was very nice and comfortable. We tried weekend brunch buffet which was much better than we expected! Everything we had was so delicious!! I wished we were able to try their breakfast buffet as well. We would stay here again and it is highly recommended! "
