There was noone to get any information, we did not get a cancellation or a notification. "Not as nice as picture. We had the ground level room, and not very clean. Clumbs and hair stuck in the gap between bed and wall. Breakfast is just yoghurt or egg sandwich, abit disappointed. Handy to have kitchenette and washing machine though."
