The staff were super attentive, friendly and solution based. Comfy beds and couldnt fault the cleanliness. Breakfast buffet is spectacular. I really couldnt fault this place and will deff be back. Business travel or a weekend away as a couple this place has it all with the spa facilities downstairs. "

"Stayed for a couple of nights a few days before Christmas, so we could shop and experience the Christmas vibe of Canterbury. Hotel is in the heart of the town which is great.Staff were friendly and welcoming. My only disappointment was that they took a card on arrival, this was in case I charged anything to the room, £100 was taken, nothing was charged to the room.
