"The customer service was really great and the family room was airy and warm. The beds could have been more comfortable they were on the hard side. The pool was perfect temperature. The restaurant food was average and was extremely slow so if you have kids I would not recommend. They charge for parking on a per night basis which I think is not right and should be included as with most hotels which have their own parking. "

"One night styay prior to eurotunnel. Needed a simple room to stay before travel and to avoid atrocious travel to Dover due to roadworks. Cost was very good no brianer to stay. Room adequate, all that you needed but a bit bland. But the room served its purpose it was comfortable and clean. Note be careful of shower water is near 80c and burnt my partners toe ! Near to tunnel (15 mins) Breakfast was good but some items were luke warm rather than hot due to stupid heat lamps that in my opinion...

The room furniture was very minimalist and being a lone traveller of 74 years it would have been helpful to have somewhere to put my travelling case for access to its contents other than on the bed or the floor. "Our suite had amazing views and plenty of space for us to relax in. Check in/out was simple and reception staff were helpful and friendly. The lounge area did have damp in it, which i think is being tackled by a heating unit. We wouldve appreciated cutlery besides teaspoons, tools to wash up (plates, bowls, microwave provided and room adverised as having a kitchenette). The main bedroom didnt have a radiator, when we asked staff they advised the heater in the lounge should address the lounge...
