I then went and placed myself at the bar while I was waiting for my friend. staff service also extremely friendly and helpful. In the morning we went for breakfast there was so much variety really really enjoyable. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was so comfy and in the shower was also excellent would definitely recommend."

"We had a great stay. All staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and such a lovely building. Room was a squeeze to negotiate the entrance way and was a bit dark in certain places. Bathroom was compact but lovely - very nice toiletries provided. Pool area was spotless and had good facilities. Ideal location from station and only a short walk into the centre of York."
