"We really enjoyed our executive room, the privileges of the executive lounge, and being able to watch the planes land and take-off, but the only thing that I believe needs to be updated is the state of the mattresses on the sofa-bed/hide-a-bed. They do put an extra comforter straight on the mattress, but it is still not very comfortable."

"Was a little disappointed in my room The windows were very small- so the room was dark. The walls and furniture were scuffed and work..although very clean. The bathroom as lovely The food at breakfast wasn’t good quality- timed fruit instead of fresh, cheap apple and orange juice. The coffee and sausages were awful! I will be back- but a real mixed bag. Very expensive for what we got "

"The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The hotel is close to Heathrow. A short bus ride to the airport and you also have access to the bus station, subway system and trains. Breakfast at the hotel was very good, with lots of variety. Our room was clean and quite updated. We really enjoyed our stay."
