"Krystal Grand hotel has excellent service, people here go above and beyond to make your stay magical. So many dinning options, no need for reservations, its on a first come & serve basis. There is after hours food. Kristal camp was great for the kids. Quiet and relaxing place. The views are breathtaking. The resort has it all close by. Special thanks to Gabriel Avila who made sure that our stay was perfect."

"This property was recommended by a good friend and it did not disappoint. Food options were great and the staff/service were professional and friendly. Our only and only frustrating issue was trying to claim a lounge chair only to have our towels tossed because an "elite" member from the sister hotel next door wanted our lounges. Very unfair and discriminatory. We didn't receive a VIP upgrade even though the hotel was not full. We had a wonderful 5 days and we will go back for sure!!"

"This was our second time coming to this resort… the food is delicious, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the view is insane, and it’s eco friendly, which is a huge bonus. Most of all, the staff are incredibly kind and went out of their way to show us hospitality. There are a few I would like to mention by name, as the trip really wouldn’t have been the same without it them - Ricardo and Cruz at the Agave restaurant, Enrique with the entertainment crew, and most especially, Makarenko at Don Diego, who made my son look forward to seeing him at dinner each day. This hotel is a great place to relax and unwind, and we will hopefully be back!"

"We stayed in the room that had the ocean view with a hot tub and the room was so beautiful. The pictures on the site do not do it justice. It was a two level room with a full size closet, hot tub inside the room and on the balcony. The food was really good and we like that. The buffet stayed open until 11 PM. Lots of food options and the drinks were really good. We also like that we had access to the other hotels. 10 out of 10 recommend this hotel."
