"The property is gorgeous and in a historical district. We overall enjoyed our time at the hotel. However, our air conditioner went out the first day. We thought it was repaired but it did not work our entire stay. We paid entirely too much money to not have air conditioning. Also, we should not have to pay for the minibar. It’s New Orleans! "

"All of the employees are very courteous and helpful. We were on the 19th floor and the main elevators only went to 18 and we had to ge tour and take another elevator to the 19th floor. Also for security you must use your key to go up or down at any time in the elevator. I appreciate the security and it is unfortunate we have to do this. Housekeeping only comes every 3rd day unless requested and that is fine but we were only left clean towels and soaps and I asked for garbage to be emptied. "

"Beautiful hotel, major complaint was that it was VERY cold in all areas of the hotel. Had to call desk 2X to get our AC turned down in our room. Lobby was so cold we sat with all sweaters and blankets on. "

"Very pleasant. Staff were wonderful. We did upgrade when getting there so we can use the club lounge. I would have enjoyed it the lounge more if it was stocked. I asked the staff if I they could restock the drinks she said yes but never got stocked. I waited for 15 minutes then finally just went downstairs and bought a drink from Starbucks. Checked back later still only thing drink was milks and coffee style drinks. The room was clean . All and all wonderful stay."
