"I can’t fault the staff and service at all. The room however was slightly lacking. There is only one mirror in the room which is located in the bathroom. This proved a major problem when I was drying my hair as I could not see what I was doing as the plug socket is in bedroom and does not reach far enough to be able to see. A full length mirror would also be helpful. Maybe on the inside of the wardrobe due to space. Hand soap was not provided either so when washing our hands we had to go into...

I then went and placed myself at the bar while I was waiting for my friend. staff service also extremely friendly and helpful. It was comfortable so I can’t complain but not ideal with my back. Restaurant was great for breakfast, had the usual wants for a breakfast! Staff were good in there aswell! "The Hotel is located just close enough to access the city centre - a taxi ride was £11 late at night. The hotel is very clean and the rooms comforatble, tidy, clean and well maintained. For me, the highlight was the staff. They were amazingly friendly including the cleaners who are not as customer facing as other staff. The reception and bar staff were friendly and attentive and the manager greeted everyone in the reception in the morning - when was the last time I ever saw that? Well done....
