"Pool & leisure facilities excellent, wonderful massage service in the spa, genuine resort atmosphere. Service really good, rooms are clean, staff friendly and helpful. Food was ok, nothing special but plentiful via the buffet facility and at the poolside. Prices seemed high for the food as they did for transport which is essential given that the one downside of the hotel is that it is isolated on a main road, you can't really walk anywhere. $28 plus tips to get to the nearby new museum and back...

"The staff is great and will do anything to help you. I booked all my tours through the hotel and had a great driver and professional tour guide, which I suggest you do to prevent getting scammed. The hotel is next to the gate for the pyramids and Sphinx. They have a good restaurant and there are other dining options in the area the room was nice quiet and clean with water supplies in bottles daily. "

"The staff was very cordial and accommodating.We had a fantastic view of the pyramids from our balcony making it a very a short distance for our tour guide to have to drive however it is a bit longer in distance than expected from the airport. I can say that while both were affordably priced I enjoyed the breakfast food more than the dinner selection. I would suggest this location as a nice place to stay if visiting the area."

"I loved my stay at this hilton. The staff took very good care of me. I wish had gotten there names but everyone was so nice and accomidating. I booked a sunrise camel ride at the pyramids that had a driver pick me up at 5:00am in the morning and the security guard( older gentleman) went to make sure my driver was legit before letting me in the car. Our room service was spot on and when we left the 'Do not disturb' sign on the door one day and the staff did not clean the room - the next day they left a lovely bowl of fruit to say sorry.
