"Everything about the hotel was clean and well maintained. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed with a good bathroom. The breakfast had a wide choice, was excellent and the staff worked extremely hard. Being just a short walk from the bus and tram station made it easy to get to from the airport, but then everywhere we wanted to visit was also an easy walk. Just a perfect location to visit Florence. "

"Front desk staff was great, breakfast was great. Beds were not very comfortable but we were able to request slightly softer pillows to replace the flat, hard ones we had on our beds when we arrived. Note that if your room faces the street, there is noise at night. The courtyard was nice but there is no pool- just a jacuzzi. We wrongly assumed from pictures that it was a pool. Location is good for walking around the city. "
