"Convenient and close to transportation and the historic center. The breakfast was very good and the choices very good quality. I asked to be change the room the first night and they changed us the next day for a very nicer room with balcony and more modern that the first one, we spend 6 nights."

"Adorable boutique hotel within walking distance of tourist sites! Many restaurants nearby Very helpful staff Newly remodeled My only negative point was it was a bit difficult to see the entrance since the lobby is on the third floor and the main building entrance is street level and the hotel entrance is not clearly marked! Other than that 5 star! Also nice breakfast buffet included!"

"This is outside of where we normally stay (near SMN) but it was excellent. Great staff, you can buy food in the lobby & micro in the main room. We learned to take the bus to wherever we were headed for the day. There’s a killer gelato place at the Piazza Baccaria where we went daily. Easy walk to caffe and dolci because we didn’t want the available hotel breakfast. Good restaurants. A lot less touristy and better prices, yet only 3 blocks from the Arno. Would recommend it for sure. B&B...

"This property is 4 minutes from the train station. Very conveniently located , close to the stores and central market. The staff is wonderful. On our checkout Sergey even helped carry the bag down the stairs. Our reservation was only one night but decided to extend another night because we loved hotel and also wanted to stay longer in Florence. I will be back to this hotel next time sill be in Florence. "
