"This property overall is amazing!! The staff were amazing in communication and helping with excursions. We were not prepared for the entire property living areas to be outside. The only thing inside is the bedrooms. The living areas are all screened in. Also, be prepared to navigate many many many bugs. It’s Costa Rica so that’s kind of expected but it’s a bit difficult to manage at times. The AC works amazing in the bedrooms! COLD!!!!!!"

"We stayed at Corozon del Rio for 7 nights with 3 of our adult children. The rooms were really nice and the open air kitchen/dining/living area was amazing. There were a lot of staples (oil, some spices etc) in the pantry which helped because we made most of our own meals while we were there. Everything we needed was there for cooking. "This is a gem of a property in a beautiful mountain setting. The hosts are a wonderful Costa Rican couple who go above and beyond to provide an excellent experience and food. We stayed at about 10 spots while exploring the country in March and Curuba Lodge was one of our favourites. We can't wait to return."
