"Stayed over night prior to a flight. Staff was excellent, swimming pool and other amenities great, three bar/restaurants on property. Didn’t use shuttle because I had to leave earlier than it started to run but Uber came quickly. Rooms are older and not much insulation for quiet but no one was loud in my wing and I slept well. Bed was comfortable and clean. Would stay again. "

"The outside and general area is not very inviting but once inside everyone was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and tidy and the room (415) was spacious with all that was promised. The only issue with the room was the movement activated entrance hall light which illuminated every time the bathroom was visited. Annoying in the middle of the night. "Loved the warm welcome drink and hospitality. The grounds are beautiful and our room was over the top with all natural wood and stone decor. Our surname posted on the front door was a nice personalized touch! We loved the balcony hammock and jacuzzi tub, fireplace, and bathroom waterfall! Access to La Paz Waterfall Gardens for a huge aviary, exotic wildlife and gorgeous waterfalls. The property is terraced on a hill so lots of stairs."
