"The staff was great. Patio slider did not work well. Had to change rooms afternoon before checkout as our door lock failed to work after three different days of not working and to get staff to open our door. The breakfast did not meet our expectations. Eggs were fake scrambled and dry no flavor. Lack of choices. "

I'm so blessed to have Eric, Brian, the restaurant staff, Oscar, Jordan, and so many more employee's treat my service canine Sadie and I with real love, and appreciation! The comfort of the rooms, Social areas, bar, restaurant, customer service, and the cleaning ladies are all 5 star employee's! Aloft is like a second family to me!"

I've seldom been this satisfied with a hotel stay, but they were outstanding! I just had the basic one-bedroom booking, but still it was like a small apartment. Don't hesitate to stay there. "
