"We liked everything except the street noise throughout the night. We played “white noise” to drown it out, but not as necessary after midnight. The location was perfect and very walkable with lots of shopping and dining opportunities throughout the evening. The neighborhood was very safe and family oriented."

"Este hotel es uno de los mejores hoteles de Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Mi ultima estancia fue del 30/5/ al 8/6/23. Las habitaciones y los baños son amplios y muy cómodos aunque alguna de las habitaciones standard necesitan un poco de renovación. Puntos a mejorar es el desayuno creo que la variedad de la comida no es tan buena como antes, como la fruta por ejemplo. La comida del restaurante es buena. An additional charge for coffee at dinner! €108 charge for massage by someone who was not a masseuse and arrived ten minutes late for appointment. Addressed issues with manager who suggested a free wrap in a waterbed on my next visit to Oceano. I will not be returning!. "
