"My visit was in winter and it was rainy so I loved that it is central to shopping and the museums. 10-15 minute walk to most places. The staff was very detailed and friendly. Our room was gorgeous and immaculate in every way. We had beautiful big windows to open and let in fresh, cool air. "Hotel Cavour was perfect. It is a luxurious hotel in the heart of Florence. They have an amazing breakfast and the rooftop bar is awesome. It is loud at night and the rooms do not have air conditioning. That said, to keep the room cool I kept the window open but I found it hard to sleep due to outside noise."
