"This was our third time staying in this castle apartment. It’s a lovely little piece of heaven. We love everything about it. The views are simply spectacular! We love the kitchen and prepared several meals while there. The location is great and the town is so very cute. There are great restaurants all around and it’s an easy drive to lots of other little towns, restaurants, and shops and wineries. The water pressure is very poor and we had an box elder infestation, we actually left a day early without a refund. The staff was helpful and pleasant. "We stayed one week in one of the appartments outside of the castle. We had the big one (No. 1.B) with 4 bedrooms. So a lot of space for 4 people like us, it might be a bit more cosy with the supposed 8 people max. capacity. The environment around the castle is great, pure Tuscan, great views of the countryside and most of the Tuscan attractions are close by to be reached within a daytrip. Rooms were clean and in reasonable shape. The fridge was big enough and had a huge freezer compartment....

"We enjoyed this quirky (lots of steps) but delightful rental. All the bedrooms with ensuite baths ensured privacy for everyone. The small kitchen was very well outfitted and we enjoyed cooking dinners there with wonderful indoor and outdoor eating options. The pool was refreshing with lovely views. The managers were attentive to our every need and very friendly and accessible. I would definitely come again!"

"Cabbiavoli was the gathering place for our two week celebration with family and friends for my husband’s retirement. We were within an hour of every place we wanted to visit (Florence, Siena, Piza, Volterra) and even got to do the Cinque Terre hike, albeit a long day but so worth the two hour drive time! The train being so close made all excursions possible. Wineries are very close and within driving distance. Cabbiavoli itself is loaded with history and its grounds and views are breathtaking....
