"Overall very good. Good night sleep. Food was good. Some of the dining staff needs some training related to serving food like putting up hair etc. overall was excellent. Special mention to Faris who was in the dining team. He was very polite and looked after us well. Richelee in breakfast team was also excellent. "Rooms very lovely and spacious and very clean although misleading about the canal view. Room service was quite reasonable for breakfast and tasty. Swimming pool, sauna etc.. was very nice and staff member was very helpful and friendly at the spa reception, lovely to have the robes and towels provided. Everything was walkable with everything on our doorstep. Lobby and bar area are quite stunning and lovely to relax in. We felt very safe and any questions we had were answered in a professional...

"Arrived late so can’t really give a fair review however, the room was nice and comfortable (quirky with a mezzanine balcony and the bedroom and bathroom on the upper split level). Only criticism would be there was only one remote for the tv and when I was up it was down and vice versa, also the taxi cab driver complained he had no where to wait for me in the AM and was extremely rude. Other than that it appeared to be a really nice hotel. "
