"Great location. We had top floor (19th) with a view of the bay. Nice breakfast in the morning ( included for ALL guests). I', not sure why we paid an "up-charge" to include breakfast? For some reason, our room had numerous moths (more than ten), and we were constantly getting out of bed to swat them. We were offered an early arrival room upon check in. nice touch!"

"Location is quite good. We stayed on the highest floor and didn’t bothered by any noise from the busy street just below. Staff are friendly and arranged to add the extra bed (if which supposed to be there with our reservation) promptly."
