"A good hotel except for the tour and excursions manager, who sent me on a 45 minute taxi ride to the ‘pyramids light show’when it wasn’t even on, after i’d asked him on three different occasions to confirm that it was on that night, which he did.Fortunately I had an understanding taxi driver who brought me back to the hotel,after being with him for nearly two hours. "Hotel is womderful. We had a terrible experience at the previous hotel we satyed and hotels.com was useless in helping us resolve our issue. But as soon as we got to the Hyatt it was great. The only disappointing part of the Hyatt is that we didnt stay there sooner and avoid the disaster we experienced. The hotel has multiple security checkpoints to enter and exit the property.
