"We booked the room on Hotel.com crossing from Calais after a challenging few days with a car that had broken down going through border control. The room was well priced, although a little small and tired, but so were we! On arrival we got a very warm welcome at the lovely reception. "

"While breakfast service had been ransacked by a 12 top turn up, staff were friendly and helpful, apologetic where needed and we have no complaints about the room, service or other food we ordered. Pleasant stay in beautiful surrounds!"

"The Abode Canterbury is an excellent hotel located in the heart of Canterbury. From a convenience point of view, everything is close by - you've got a convenience store, lots of restaurants, and easy walking distance to the cathedral and other visitor attractions. The staff was friendly and service was excellent. For North American travelers looking for king size beds, this hotel does have them, but you need to ask for "Super King" beds specifically. If we find ourselves in England again and an Abode hotel is available, we would absolutely consider staying there again."
