"They moved our time earlier on the ferries so we had to ditch one night in london so i booked this one on the photos and omg i should have run when another lady came out saying it was ok they didnt need it. I had a choice and picked the top floor. My hairs in my nose were burning . Toilet was sitting at a 45 degree angle and ask my hubby not to sit . I think i sleep 2 hrs all night. "Beautiful old building but run down. Cold water not connected to shower and hot water not connected to sink. Needs a thorough cleaning. Carpet needs replacing. No one on duty at front desk. Manager is doing the best he can, very polite and kind. "
