"Lovrly hotel, rooms are a little dated but really clean. The ourside areas are looked after really well. Lovely Christmas decorations around so felt festive. The pools in each area made sure it was never too busy and there were plenty of sunbeds. The adult pool was a bonus and the regular pool is a great size. Less than 20 min walk to the beach there is a free shuttle bus twice a day and a supermarket just where the bus stopsped. Would definitely stay again."

"This hotel is huge, has lovely rooms and great food. We stayed in the adult only area which had the additional benefit of a large heated pool and separate dining area. We didn't use the dining at all as we found the options in the main buffet restaurant to have more choice for vegetarians. The main buffet restaurant had lots of choice. Breakfast was amazing! The additional heated pool was very nice however where it is located there are very few sunbeds that have access to shade. We sat around...

Room was good - despite being close to the main restaurant/entertainment venue it had good sound proofing and was not disturbed. Wifi was OK - aircon was ok - but did not extend to bedroom - room safe worked - bathroom clean and OK Breakfast was pretty poor. Given that the hotel was half the price of others in the area then it was good value for money - as a place to sleep but nothing more"

"Second time here & it is ideal in it's location to the town, restaurants, bars, etc. We love the apartments, the gardens & the restaurant. The only things that slightly let it down this year was the swimming pool was not heated - this in Winter is a big reason for going - and the apartment was a little tired. It needs sprucing up. "We paid extra for “”Priviledge” Status. It was well worth it. We were able to eat at the a lacarte dining room. You should book table early. To get early seating. They also serve breakfast. "Was apprehensive due to the negative reviews, but decided to book anyways. It was an average stay, the place is a bit run down but overall is fine. Hotels.com told me check in was 12 but when I got there I was told it was 3pm, so something to consider. The room is basic but has all you need. I found the beds very uncomfortable even with a mattress topper, but that sort of thing is subjective. There were lots of those little ants which was very annoying (kept finding them on / in my backpack)...
