"This has to be one of my favourite places to stay. I brought my husband , daughter and granddaughter. Many choices of pools, the staff were absolutely amazing and the accommodation were just perfect with a pool outside. My granddaughter has a new favourite place . "Very good swimming pools especially for children. Each pool towels needs 20€ deposit, so very "expensive" for a family. The sound proofing in the room was terrible (worst I ever experienced) clearly not a 4* hotel... We heard everything from neighbouring rooms... Breakfast was excellent with good choices. "

"Hotel was good value for money - but no way is it a 4 star hotel - 3 maybe. Room was good - despite being close to the main restaurant/entertainment venue it had good sound proofing and was not disturbed. Wifi was OK - aircon was ok - but did not extend to bedroom - room safe worked - bathroom clean and OK Breakfast was pretty poor. Given that the hotel was half the price of others in the area then it was good value for money - as a place to sleep but nothing more"

"A beautiful site that seems particularly well-maintained. We were there on a HB basis and appreciated being able to switch from lunch to dinner at frequent intervals. The suite was excellent as was the pool and dining areas. Personally, I would have liked less music and live singers during the day though this seemed popular with guests generally. All staff were friendly and helpful at all times."

"The hotel was on a quiet road and as the bar and entertainment areas were away from guest accommodation we were not disturbed at night. all amenities on site were good. The service from reception was good with any issues (safe door not opening, patio door handle broken) resolved quickly. Housekeeping and bar staff were exceptionally efficient and friendly . The dining experience was abysmal and the quality of food, especially hot food at dinner and breakfast was not acceptable for a 4 star...

"We paid extra for “”Priviledge” Status. It was well worth it. We were able to eat at the a lacarte dining room. You should book table early. To get early seating. They also serve breakfast. Great to avoid the Buffett, although very good. Plus, there is A Priviledge room with snacks and liquor. Plus, outdoor seating area near the pool. Very worth it. They had a tour desk that was helpful. Welcome Champagne At A La Carte dining room. nightly. "

"Was apprehensive due to the negative reviews, but decided to book anyways. It was an average stay, the place is a bit run down but overall is fine. Hotels.com told me check in was 12 but when I got there I was told it was 3pm, so something to consider. The room is basic but has all you need. I found the beds very uncomfortable even with a mattress topper, but that sort of thing is subjective. There were lots of those little ants which was very annoying (kept finding them on / in my backpack)...
