"I stayed for four nights B&B in a stylish room with a comfortable bed and rainfall shower. Nice grounds and pool, excellent breakfast, several dining options, friendly and helpful staff - but all was not good. First problem - check-in is really slow - only two staff, who were taking almost ten minutes per guest/group - I had to queue for 30 minutes to then be told that my room was not ready yet, and then come back and queue again for another 20 minutes just to get my room number. Second problem...

"The hotel caters to both couples and families, with different pool areas allowing everyone to make the most of the area. The rooms were regularly cleaned and well looked after with a sea view room being a highlight of the holiday. The staff were consistently kind and helpful, a particular thanks to Simone for making this trip so memorable. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Sandos. The location worked well for us as it was right at the edge of Playa Blanca, and so was very quiet. There was a good range of food, however there were limited main course choices for vegetarians. Some of the food could have been warmer. "

"It's a great no-frill base with easy access to the sea front. The bungalow and patio with loungers are spacious and the beds comfy. The grounds are very well kept. The staff was very responsive the few times we had a query or needed their help. The place fitted our needs and expectations perfectly."

"A lovely hotel with great facilities and bedrooms, the only thing letting it down was the restaurant. Only stayed one night but the quantity, quality and variety of the food was poor. Difficulty in finding plates and extra cutlery and food was not topped up in a timely manner. Pity as in all other aspects the hotel was great. Poorest food we’ve ever had in H10 hotels or indeed in any other 4* hotels."

"Amazing hotel, great breakfast, loved the pool area. The only downside that the baby pool was not heated and also the dinner on site was a bit pricey. They could have done more kids entertainment during the day. In overall it was a lovely stay. The room was brilliant. "

"We paid extra for “”Priviledge” Status. It was well worth it. We were able to eat at the a lacarte dining room. You should book table early. To get early seating. They also serve breakfast. Great to avoid the Buffett, although very good. Plus, there is A Priviledge room with snacks and liquor. Plus, outdoor seating area near the pool. Very worth it.
