"I enjoy staying at the Leonardo, however they don’t care for people that do not drink decaf tea. I’ve been staying at the Leonardo for nearly 8 weeks and they’ve never been able to provide me with decaf tea until I made a complaint. They should be catering for all aspects They provide decaf coffee but not decaf tea. I find this quite disappointing considering in other areas they are very good."

"We found the staff very friendly and helpful, our economy broke at 10pm and we were moved to another room with no fuss, restaurant staff were also a credit to the hotel, our only comment would be that the food quality was not of a very good standard, based on other hotels we have used. There was an issue with the first room allocated where the heating wasn't working but the duty manager was diligent in sorting us a new room and checking it over before moving us. Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was good quality and adequate. Issue for us were the bar staff in the evening were a shambles.
