"Couldn’t fault anything about the hotel. The staff were amazing, from check in to room service, all amazing. At check in we were offered a free rollout bed for my daughter who was going to sleep in the king bed with us as the hotel was fully booked. We also received breakfast for an extra $23 for all three of us. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Ideal location close to train station. We went to a concert at Accor Stadium Olympic Park, the Parramatta train station is in walking...

"Great location for what we needed and staff were amazing. However, the whole floor smelt of cigarette smoke. It was terrible, especially as we had our children with us. The whole building was non smoking and there were warnings against this, so nothing the hotel could control. Besides that, room was comfortable. Just difficult to enjoy with the smell of smoke the whole stay. "

"Firstly we were put into Room 201 which was a disabled room which wasnt really a problem but we paid for a city view room. Shower curtain was very short hence water went all over the bathroom floor. Otherwise the room was very clean and bed & linen comfortable. No option for decaf coffee or tea and no milk option in room. Hotel was lovely, coffee shop very nice.
