"The breakfast was well worth the extra money. The reception staff was very helpful. We chose not to have our room cleaned but asked for clean towels. They did not bring them until our third request. The electricity in our friends' room didn't work. It was not turned on until late in the day, after it had been requested early in the morning. Evidently it only took a flip of a switch in the control room. We wish we had not been awakened in the middle of the night by a fire alarm, reportedly caused by a faulty fuse in the alarm system."

A small balcony available it you wish to sit outside (the view was the neighbouring office building- so don't stay if you want amazing views!). It was perfect for our travel needs. The only negative was the air conditioning wasn't working well- it might need a clean out. But this won't stop me from staying there again."
