The overall experience, service and cleanliness was amazing. Would have been a 10 out of 10 for us if any of the TVs in the room and suite were working. However this was still a great place to stay with a stunning view of the area.

The room was nice and big enough. But the pillows were on the ground without cover. We rang two times to get the covers. They said "yes" and never brought it. The third time we rang, but even the front office did not answered. We had to go down to the front to ask the cover. Eventually we got four covers. However our pillows were 6.

Incredible stay
Wish we could have stayed here longer, it was a beautiful hotel. Everything was clean and the beds were comfy. Parking was easy and the room was quiet. We also had a lovely view over the river.

The hotel itself was lovely. Staff were great, but the car parking situation is ridiculous. We were told there was car parking but not enough for a hotel that size after heading out to a concert with two teenagers that night we were driving around for an hour to find a car park at midnight
