"Bit of a bumpy start. Check in 45 minutes later after being given our key to a family room that had not been cleaned at all. And the other 2 rooms not ready either. "It was an amazing stay, staff lovely and helpful, food was great in restaurant, rooms were really nice too, only negative would be bathroom! Tiles broken on floor where toilet is and window need a blind or curtain as tge frosted stickers are peeling off and people can see into bathroom! However this did not take away from an amazing stay. Anyone using pool should probably be made aware pre visit that you need a padlock for lockers also."
