"Driving up driveway to property, this is stunning! A beautiful palm-tree lined drive that takes you up to a gorgeous manor surrounded by rich vegetation. The check in was easy with an English speaking person at the desk Parking was easy and close. When entering, the architecture was just as described with grand ceilings, inviting spaces with comfortable seating areas. "When arrived it seemed that they were overbooked. Our studio was given to someone else. The replacement studio they gave us was terrible. A studio with 3 beds present. No table, no chairs, no curtains in street level bedroom, no towels, no hot water, reserved parking lot not available. No refund suggested or a gesture for the inconvenience. Bad hospitality."

Upon our arrival the receptionist said he had no reservation for us and made no effort to resolve the issue in spite of the fact that we were the only ones present. He just rudely ignored us, and I speak Spanish "
