"The Front Decks staff was wonderful. They really made the stay easier, because they could handle any issue with ease. There was not many issue, other than the staff helping us navigate the city. The advised us on events, local cultural sites, and even how to use the train. The cleaning staff was great, but we did not interact with them as much. The breakfast wait staff was very professional and always had a smile. We had dinner twice at the hotel, the food was excellent, thanks Chefs. The courtesy and helpful staff made the base of our trip. Thank you Hotel Balmoral "

"We had a wonderful room on the 16 th floor with a gorgeous view all over san jose. Beds were super comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. It is right across the street from a pretty little park and very easy walking distance to the major museums we visited. We also walked to the interesting central market, where we bought ourselves flowers for our room . The sidewalks are very uneven in san jose and we never tried walking at night , but had dinner at the hotel. The breakfast that came with the room was a really fabulous buffet that had everything one could want, hot and cold. Dinners at the hotel were generously sized so by the second night we knew how to order better. We didn’t try the pool but it looked inviting if a bit cool. I definitely would stay at this hotel again."
