"We stayed only one night. Service in the reception very nice and quick. Our room was ready for 3 adults, 1 king size bed and 1 single bed as requested. Bathroom very clean, iron installed in the wardrobe, so you don't need to asked anyone for it. Room has everything what you need."

The room is nice and spacious and has its own dining area and its own rooftop patio area, however, the floor of the room appears to sway or move when doors below are closed which is a very strange feeling! Worst thing about the room was the shower. Rainfall shower with an additional normal shower head, but the attachment for the shower head was broken so you couldn’t move it up the pole, it just...

"We found the hotel was ideally located for visiting family over the festive period. The room was clean, tidy and of sufficient size with a quaint but tidy bathroom. The range of food for breakfast was excellent and service from staff was very friendly and courteous. The bar served excellent choice of drinks within a very comfortable setting. The facilities were excellent and we will use this hotel for future trips to London."
