"Easy to get to, as it seems to be a popular location, parking was a challenge and I ended up having to drive on a footpath to get to a parking spot. The entrance is spacious and even at night it was filled with people. Reception staff were extremely professional. The restaurant staff, food and atmosphere absolutely excellent. "We have stayed at the holiday inn lots of times before, Brentwood was up to the normal standard, breakfast the first morning was cold so we asked the friendly staff you microwave it for us, the 2nd morning was lovely, the coffee was not as good as normal, quite bitter, plenty of choice of other drinks though, you can ask for omelette or pancakes which are freshly cooked for you which is really nice, great hotel, very pleased "
