"It was a lovely gated community , safe and serene surrounded by nature . A bit far from train station though if you don’t have a car . Harold wood station is 9 minutes drive where you can catch the Elizabeth Line . The only concern was that a fob should be given to long term guests to get in and out of the main gate , that was a hassle . Otherwise I would highly recommend this stay ."

"We had a family stay here for a wedding which was unfortunately postponed so we took the opportunity to have an evening out in the area. This property is stunning. Very clean with plenty of space in a lovely location not too far from shops, takeaways, busses and trains. The host is fantastic with communication and very friendly and providing helpful information. Overall was a very lovely stay and I would recommend "

"The house itself is clean and functional and all amenities were there. However if your the type of person who is bothered about blackening of silicone around shower, the odd bits of wall paper and paint missing or fixtures and fittings being a little worn and tired then this probably isn’t for you. The main disappointment was the extremely large sewage works not too far away causing such a smell you couldn’t open the windows which wasn’t ideal in 34 degree temps. Personally wouldn’t stay again...

"Stunning? Stunning what a poor quality place this is. No communication from host. Had to chase to get entry details. Filthy. Hairs on bathroom towel - possibly pubic. Bed not made up. Stains on walls. Bad odour in fridge. Dirty bath mats. Rubbish dumped on street outside, old mattresses, hoover, overflowing bins. Shocking that Expedia advertise this place. Would be overpriced at half the rate we paid. Avoid, avoid, avoid. "
