"Very friendly, willing to please staff. Superb breakfast even during renovations. Great location for city centre, eating out and for the port. A pity the significant renovations were not mentioned prior to arrival. Refurbished room almost perfect. Big beds, large window, excellent smart TV, tea, coffee, fridge, water and best of all the toiletries. However, the wardrobe is far too small and there was no thought given to space for hanging up a hand towel and two bath towels."

The breakfast room is nice but there were some issues with replenishment of items in busy times. On check out there were some confusions about what had already been paid for via Expedia.
