No noise from other guests . I was travelling with my 2 year old grandson and we received a child’s activity pack at checkin and they provided a child’s play room which he loved . "Location of hotel is lovely. Great for exploring Hayling Island and nearby area. Condition of the hotel is a little tired but we understand that an updating programme is in progress. Rooms were a good size and well equipped. Bathrooms could do with updating. Staff were fantastic - could not do enough to help. "
