"This is a worn and tattered property. The hallway smelled musty, wallpaper was pealing in several locations. Chipped and worn everywhere. The couch in our room was threadbare and stained and the faucet was literally falling out of the sink. Do they have a maintenance staff? Think Motel 6."

"Check in was quick and efficient. The ladies at the Front Desk (I hate that I did not get their names because they deserve a shout out) were exceptional.
