"So good, we cancelled a smaller trip up north and extended our stay a couple of days in a different room. Staff is helpful, plenty of dining options, and of course the onsen is awesome. Just be wary of high prices in and around the resort- this is definitely not a budget stay."

The place was in no condition to receive any guests - kitchen appliances in horrific state and oven exhaust covered with thick layer of grime plus hundreds of small dead bugs. The kitchen area is not the only place with issues. Please do not stay here, the photos on the web may look nice but they are outdated photos. The owner of the property is irresponsible for renting this place out....
